How does it Work

I use an interactive therapy whereby I act as a guide. The principle is that you the client can find their own solutions with my assistance. I do not use copied scripts or work as a one method suits all principle and I do not believe in short term change. I work with you the client , with your own belief systems and together using a range of techniques drawn from different disciplines that I have found to be the most effective tools for change.
The disciplines I mostly use are;
