Most people with anger issues feel out of control. This lack of control feeds your inner critic .So confidence building is often where we would start and will help you to come to believe that it is possible for you to have greater self control. We will then work together using a combination of hypnotherapy, NlP, and cognitive therapy to introduce new coping strategies , which are appropriate for you whilst taking into account any past history that you have had.

In my own practise Hypnotherapy has proved to be a highly effective method of dealing with Anger and the repercussions that it has had on everyone involved.
